All things Didsbury

Well, here we are, already thinking about the festive season ahead of us.  Normally I'm not a big fan of getting into the Christmas swing too early, but it would be remiss of me not to outline a few of the key festive events that are happening in the coming weeks - I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds each year that Christmas has crept up and caught us unawares!

Didsbury does do Christmas well, but that's not to say that there still isn't life in the property market for the remainder of 2018.  On the contrary, whilst fewer people decide to sell at this time of year, those bold folk who do take the plunge to the market, often find that the lack of 'competing homes' enables them to achieve excellent prices which is less likely at the traditionally 'busy' times of year!  If you want to take advantage of this window of opportunity or just get a feel for the market and discuss your options, feel free to pop in or give us a call.

Kind regards
Ben Foster
