Update on the Property Market and Local events

We now find ourselves right at the peak of the 'Autumn market', and despite the nights drawing in and the wood burners lighting up, there is still plenty of time before Christmas to get your property Let or Sold.
Many sellers agreeing sales at this time of year prefer a move in the New Year so you can enjoy a final Christmas in your current home with all the excitement of a new chapter once the madness is over, so if you were thinking of waiting to come to the market, there really is no need!

As always there's lots of exciting local events happening in the coming weeks, here's a selection of our favourites, and as always if you need any help or advise around property related matters, feel free to pop in or give us a call.

Kind regards
Ben Foster

Gin enthusiasts Liam Manton and Mark Smallwood took their inspiration for Didsbury Gin from the botanical gardens of Fletcher Moss & Parsonage, which were given to the village by Alderman Fletcher Moss.
