The Pulse SK4

Welcome to the first edition of The Pulse SK4 for 2015, our monthly newsletter which updates you on any news, changes and events within our area!

Our doors have been open barely three weeks this year and already desirable Heaton's properties are gaining plenty of interest. We carried out over 400 more viewings last year compared to 2013, underlining the strong pull this area has. Additionally, the changes in stamp duty legislation in December have injected confidence to an already buoyant market. I'm predicting a bright and busy 2015! Please see the attached articles which highlight any events and news Heaton's related.

As previously mentioned, if there is anything that you wish to see covered within The Pulse SK4 then please contact me at

Happy New Year!

Comedy at the Heatons

The Heatons Comedy Evening returns on Sunday 1st February and once again brings a line up that is guaranteed to bring tears of laughter to even the most cynical of eyes.

Alex Boardman's ability to interact with any audience, his free flowing style and natural charm make him a natural compere and combined with extensive local knowledge (he's lived in Stockport for over ten years) he's a sure fire hit with the regulars at The Heatons Comedy Evening. A lightening quick ad libber, with a charming edge, his unique brand of “flattery and abuse” proves ever-popular with audiences and has drawn plaudits from fans as diverse as Sarah Millican and Shaun Ryder!

Barry Castagnola has been performing stand up for well over ten years since blagging his way onto the stage at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. He also performs in a number of hidden camera shows including Eye Spy (Channel 4) and Dom Joly’s prime time ITV show, Fool Britannia.  Comedy anoraks will remember him from Cyderdelic and The 11 O’Clock Show.

‘Impressive and hilarious’ Daily Telegraph

Harry Stachini and Ray Peacock complete the bill. The show takes place in the rather swish function room at The Heatons Sports Club and tickets are priced at £7.50 and available in person from the venue or online at
