The Pulse SK5

Welcome to the March edition of The Pulse SK5, our monthly newsletter which updates you on any news, changes and events within our local area!

As the Spring sunshine arrives I can't help but feel that this is going to be a great year for SK5. The housing market is getting stronger and stronger, new businesses are starting to appear, and current ones are undergoing face lifts of their premises, reflecting the growing economic climate that we find our selves in!

Please see the below articles to read about some exciting, on going, developments. And, as always, if you wish to see any particular articles included in our newsletter then please inform me at Andrew@julianwadden.co.uk.

Thanks

Andy

Trio of new businesses arrive in SK5!

It really is great to see new small businesses starting up in the area and really emphasises the confidence that has started to creep back within this unstable economic climate. Stockport business and innovation centre, which is based at Broadstone Mill, saw the arrival of three new companies this past month with plenty of space remaining for this fantastic, part-funded scheme.
